D'Shakira Z is an extremely beautiful
16.2hh brown mare by Oldenburg stallion Don
Renoir - who is one of the licensed sons
of the legendary Donnerhall. Kira is registered
with the Zangersheide studbook and her entire
pedigree is full of quality horses.
She is very pretty, with a sculptured, delicate head and correct conformation. She carries herself well and moves delightfully. Before we got Shakira she competed and won
at elementary level dressage but had been
schooled to advanced medium. Shakira has
51 BD points. She qualified for the Shearwater/Hickstead young horse dressage championships as a 5 year old. Kira is a friendly, affectionate mare with an easy-going nature. Saxy Disco Dancer was her first foal (born 2011) and he is fantastic in temperament and conformation with outstanding fluid paces. She has proved to be an excellent mum and we are very excited about her future foals. She will be covered in 2012 by our young Jazz stallion, Entre Nous - for a dressage foal.
